Security Mesh Grilles
Steel mesh grilles can be fitted internally or externally and fully powder coated for long term protection. The mesh grilles are available in very small diamond, small diamond and large diamond types and are used in high security installations. We also supply and install wire weld mesh grilles, internally coach bolted to roof skylight window frames. The grilles are available in 25mm x 25mm small squares or 50mm x 50mm squares set in a return fixing frame and bolted so that access cannot be gained to the bolts from the roof side.

Secutiy Mesh Cages & Enclosures
We supply and install security expanded steel mesh enclosures/cages for internal and external secure storage. The cages can be supplied with a roof and also incorporate a single or double leaf door. Expanded steel mesh specification is to Security/Insurance Company approved standards for such installations. All mesh grilles are bespoke made to measure to suit any application and can be powder coated a standard RAL colour of your choice.
Internal / External Bar Gates:
Made to measure Bar Gates typical specification: Gate and frame manufactured in either 25mm, 40mm or 50mm square steel. To include 1 x lock box, small slam plate, fixing holes and 100% powder coated a standard RAL colour. Scrolls, Rosetts and Spear Heads also available, contact us for further details.
Interior / Exterior Bar Grilles
Absolute Shutters UK Ltd specialise in the supply and installation of interior and exterior Bar Grilles. The grilles consist of round bars of mild steel, not less than 17mm diameter or 20mm and spaced at no more than 125mm centres. The bars to pass through and be welded to flat horizontal tie bars consisting of 50mm x 10mm section spaced not more than 500mm apart, to be installed directly to the brick work as per standard Insurance Company requirements. Grilles are powder coated a standard RAL colour finish. All exterior grilles will be powder coated with a Zinc primer base before powder coating.
